At Swallowtail Farm we have farm raised turkeys and chickens available for Christmas. We raise 2 kinds of meat turkeys - heritage Narragansett turkeys and broad breasted meat turkeys. Both are full of flavour. All our poultry is pasture raised allowing them complete access to green forages and allowing them to browse and graze naturally. Available at the farm.
