Saffire Farms is a family farm that produces organic vegetables and grass fed beef. Gord McGregor and Janet Larabie also run a CSA with the help of their 4 children. They use four acres of the 100-acre farm to grow vegetables and have been using organic methods for more than 15 years. They also board horses on their farm which is situated in Bennies Corners.
Saffire Farms grow a wide variety of vegetables and garlic. A selection of greens and plenty of winter storage vegetables are among the 30 different veggies offered as part of the CSA. Grass fed beef is sold by the side and by the box throughout the year.
