Position: Head chef, Stirling Lodge Inc.
Salary: $50-60,000, depending on experience
Moving: reasonable relocation costs will be covered

Stirling Lodge Inc. operates three core businesses including:
1) Stagecoach Restaurant: year round fine dining restaurant. We are looking for an innovative chef interested in working in a modern kitchen and developing a high end seasonal menu. Will be responsible for sourcing, menu research and development, staff management and training, budgeting, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate will have an interest in sourcing unique local products, baking in house, and creating house made charcuterie and prepared products.
2) Stirling Lodge: a 105 bed fishing and vacation resort, operating the Post and Beam Dining room that cooks a full a la carte menu for guests and is open to the public. The Lodge operates seasonally from May until the end of September. All rooms are booked on a per person, per day basis, which includes three meals a day. The chef will responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food program including: sourcing, ordering, staff management, and managing all associated costs.
3) Kilborn's on the Rideau retail store: Kilborn's is a high end destination store with approximately 20,000 square feet of retail spaces. We are interested in developing a private label food line that could include house made charcuterie products, baked goods, pastries, preserves, as well as fresh and frozen prepared meals.
